I have spent much time these past few years helping my clients upgrade and remodel their homes especially with kitchens, decks and bathrooms. Many have gotten their windows done, too, which makes their homes look better and also more energy efficient.

This is a great time to think about renovating because the cost of labor and material is going to come down quite a bit because there is going to be a lot more companies looking for work and so will be more willing to negotiate. The days of the contractor dictating the price with no negotiation is gone for a while so take advantage of these times if you have the money. With returns like these it is better than putting your money in the stock market.
