Yes, it's a difference, when there are children, dogs, grandparents...but in lofts are usually singles or couples and somteimes I have the feeling they don't wan't to sell that property. Your hands are completly tied when you are not able to make an appointment and what more, you look like idiot, when telling 15x to your client "sorry, you can't see it now..."
